Mindful movement is self love
I've been practicing pilates since 2012, and I finally decided to pursue becoming a teacher almost twelve years later. As someone who has benefitted so greatly from my pilates practice — from enhancing athletic performance, to preventing injuries, and even correcting my scoliosis — I'm honored to be able to share these amazing techniques with my students.
It's not just about being physically fit, but also nurturing the mind-body connection and awareness that helps drive us in our daily lives. Pilates is a lifelong practice that I'm elated to be able to share with you!

Savannah Bigley
I trained at Body Arts & Science International (BASI) in the Pacific Palisades and can teach students on multiple pilates apparatuses including mat, reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, spine corrector, and ladder barrel. I'm also a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
My favorite thing about pilates is how it enhances our mind-body connection and awareness of the body, creating the strength and movement patterns you need to live an active lifestyle and prevent injuries. I'm always working to expand my knowledge and expertise through continuing education programs, and I love sharing new discoveries with my students.
Thank you for considering me in your fitness journey, I can't wait to meet you!
